Terms of Service
Last updated: 7 November 2026.
Let's Smile Detroit ("we", "the service") is a Detroit concierge website run by Let's Smile Detroit LLC. It lists events, restaurants, hotels, attractions and nightlife in Detroit, with links out to ticket sellers and venues.
Smile Pass
The Smile Pass costs $10.00 USD per month, billed monthly through Stripe. There is no free trial. Free previews (names, short descriptions) are open to everyone; full listings, addresses, hours, map pins, directions, ticket links and saving to Your Plan require an active Smile Pass.
Cancellation
You can cancel anytime. See the Refund & Cancellation page.
Listings and events
Listings, hours, prices and event dates change. We refresh events daily and do our best to keep listings current, but venues and ticket sellers are the final authority — always check the venue or Ticketmaster before you travel. Ticket sales happen on the ticket seller's site, not here, and their terms apply. Motown Museum tours are paused until spring 2027 and are not listed as bookable.
Acceptable use
Use the site lawfully, don't try to break it, and don't resell or scrape our content. We may change or remove listings at any time.
