Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancel anytime
You can cancel your Smile Pass at any time. Your pass stays active until the end of the month you have already paid for, then it ends and you are not charged again.
No refund for the current month
There is no refund for the current month. The Smile Pass is $10.00 USD per month and there is no free trial.
How to cancel
Cancel from your Stripe customer portal link (sent with your subscription receipt) or by contacting us at letssmiledetroit@yahoo.com. In Phase 2, a cancel button will be added to the Account screen.
Duplicate or mistaken charges
If you believe you were charged twice or in error, contact us with the email address used for the subscription and the date of the charge, and we will look into it.
